Since the issuance of Royal Decree No. 20937 dated 06-02-1435, approving the decision of the Higher Education Council taken in its (seventy-second) meeting held on 06-04-1434, to establish Jeddah University in 1435, corresponding to 2014, the University Agency has contributed greatly to achieving the vision and mission of Jeddah University, specializing in the organizational structure of the Agency.
Entity Goals
- Ensuring high operational efficiency and governance of the university’s resources in accordance with the best administrative practices that contribute to achieving the vision of the modern Saudi university.
- Establishing a financing framework that is characterized by efficiency and transparency, diversifying revenues, rationalizing expenditures, and achieving financial balance at the university.
- Achieving excellence and professionalism in everything related to financial and administrative management specializations, supporting the university’s competitiveness and backing its academic university sectors.
- Supervising the management of the university’s facilities and construction projects and maintaining them in accordance with the best operational practices.
- Providing a supportive organizational climate to maximize the added value of the university’s administrative and academic staff.
- Receiving all inquiries and requests received by the agency and completing the necessary actions regarding them
- Establishing a creative, collaborative work system to sustain the professionalism of the administrative and financial human cadres of the agency’s sectors.
