University Agency

Since the issuance of Royal Decree No. 20937 dated 02-06-1435 AH, approving the decision of the Higher Education Council at its 72nd session, held on 04-06-1434 AH, to establish the University of Jeddah in 1435 AH (2014 AD), the University Agency has made significant contributions to advancing the University’s vision and mission, in accordance with the responsibilities outlined in its organizational structure.

Entity Goals

Ensuring operational efficiency and sound governance in the management of the University’s resources, in accordance with best administrative practices that support the achievement of the University’s vision and strategic objectives.
Enhancing excellence and professionalism in financial and administrative operations, while providing comprehensive and effective institutional services to support the University’s academic and administrative sectors.
Supervising the university's facilities, construction projects, and maintenance according to best operational practices.
Establishing a participatory framework to sustain excellence in the development of the University’s human resources.
Managing inquiries and requests received by the University Agency and ensuring their timely processing in accordance with approved procedures.
Enhancing the University’s financial sustainability and stability by developing a diversified revenue framework and ensuring prudent expenditure.
